Every detail was excellent, particularly staff and location, overall I loved this hotel. The property was centrally situated within easy walking distance of Medici Chapel. Based in a good area.

It is supportive place to stay, the food is exceptional, and location is perfect right in the centre of the city.

Overall I loved that secure hotel. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Functional, well renovated rooms with all the amenities. The location was optimal, just a pleasant stroll away from an art museum. Outstanding restaurant a short walk to the venue. Courteous service, excellent breakfast.

It was an incredible stay. Awesome breakfast, obliging staff, I loved spectacular location. Bed was lovely, room was tasteful & compact. There was an exceptional restaurant, stores and a market next door.

It was a pleasant stay, UNFORGETTABLE place. Incredibly convenient location, 5 minutes' walk to a medieval cathedral. And it was minute walk from a train station. Affable staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. Fresh breakfast including cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon. Welcoming lobby.

Air conditioning was not cold; not so good views.
